Tax consultant for NPO (Boston)

In need a a tax consultant / guru to help me file my 1023 or file them for me. Its a local non-profit based here in boston an arts and education program for children. I need someone who knows how to file 1023 also if you can help me registar with the attorney general that would be awesome. I have the articles of incorporation and by-laws so it shouldnt be too much work.
Will pay extra if you are speedy about it.
