Looking for Marketing/Video Producer (Boston/Mass)

Ive started a small production company and work with alot of business creating content for their websites and own use. Im first looking for marketing people. If you know something about video production great, but a strong marketing mind is foremost. Especially for internet, social media, tech, etc. You job will be to go with me to the pre-production meeting with the company and help put together the best vision for their video based on their needs as a company. Then you will go with me to the actual shoot day and conduct the interviews, make sure everyone is saying what needs to be said, saying it properly, and then making sure we have all the shots of the business we need. Then as I edit Ill be sending you roughs and to get suggestions as its being finished. This is a huge people-person job, you need to be the type of person that people like before they shake your hand. Pretty much youll be handling the people and Ill be handling the technical production aspect, although there will be collaboration between us (me doing marketing, you helping with production).
Because I shoot and meet throughout the week youd need to have flexibility. But even if you have a day or two off a week or could do work let me know as I will be creating a list of potential producers and will select people based on the companies need and availability.
Pay would be around $300 - $500 per project to start.
